Mike MacDonald

Mike MacDonald, considered one of the top funnymen in Canada and a featured headliner in clubs throughout the U.S., understands the power of laughter. As the son of a career Canadian Air Force officer, MacDonald learned at an early age that humor has its uses. “I guess I’m one of the few air force brats who found out that comedy was an easy way to make friends quickly,” says MacDonald. “Since we moved often, I had to find ways of breaking into a new gang of kids.”

MacDonald performed throughout Canada and made frequent forays into the U.S. In addition to his successful live performances all over North America, MacDonald has appeared in numerous TV shows including “Late Night with David Letterman,” “The Arsenio Hall Show,” “HBO’s 7th Annual Young Comedians Special,” Showtime’s “Comedy Club Network All-Star Show,” and “Just for Laughs,” “The Late Show with Joan Rivers,” “Nite Life with David Brenner,” “An Evening at the lmprov” and “The USO Comedy Tour. ” He was also featured in the Touchstone movie “Three Fugitives” with Nick Nolte and Martin Short.

MacDonald has starred in three Showtime and CBS specials: “Mike MacDonald: On Target,” “My House! My Rules!” and “Happy as I Can Be.” He was the host of the “Just for Laughs” CBC tenth anniversary special. He hosted the highly rated “Mike MacDonald Politically Correct Christmas Special” for the CBC and starred in “The Rogers’ Cable,” a 10-minute short film and entrant in the Cannes Film Festival.

MacDonald lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Bonnie.

Lachlan Patterson

Lachlan Patterson’s laid back style has given him a unique stage personality that has audiences charmed from beginning to end. His debut album Jokes to Make Love To was a top-10 release for Rooftop Comedy and his live shows have drawn fans all across the globe.  When not on the road touring or preparing a set for television, Lachlan records his weekly podcast The Kooks of Komedy in which he talks candidly about his personal life, goals and passion for surfing.

Robert Cait

Robert Cait is a comedian, actor and screenwriter whose award-winning talent continues to touch various media.

From his various voice work to lead actor in Comedy Central’s “Married Llife” to the “F-Emmy” he won as ‘Billy Crystal’ on Howard Stern Radio Show, Robert Cait brings his audiences a sophisticated and edgy sense of humor. His stand-up has been seen on MTV, A&E and as an opening act for Dennis Miller in Las Vegas.

Sean Cullen

Sean Cullen has been touring and performing as a comedian for the past 20 years. There are many things that make him unique in the comedy world. He combines stream of consciousness improv with uncanny mimicry and broad musical talents to create a style that is his and his alone.

As a member of Corky and The Juice Pigs, a seminal group on the Canadian scene that has influenced comedy performers as far away as Australia and the UK, Seán burst onto the scene in 1988. Over the next ten years, The Pigs toured the world becoming fixtures of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, winning awards at the Edinburgh Fringe and performing at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal eight times. The group was also featured on Fox’s MAD TV and released two wide-selling comedy albums.

Seán has been featured in Time Magazine in the USA as the vanguard of comedy’s next generation. He has appeared on shows such as The Ellen Show with Ellen Degeneres, multiple times on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Late Late Show on CBS. Seán has many comedy specials under his belt including Comedy Central Presents… Seán Cullen, CTV/ The Comedy Network’s Gemini nominated Seán Cullen’s Wood, Cheese & Children!, CBC’s COMICS! and his own special, SEAN CULLEN’s Home for Christmas.

Seán is a two time Gemini Award winner: in 2001 for his gala performance at Just for Laughs and in 2003 for hosting the 17th Annual Gemini Awards. In Canada you have seen him on CBC’s Air Farce, TMN’s Slings & Arrows, CBC’s The Seán Cullen Show and he is the voice of Canuckles on CBC’s Maple Shorts. Seán has also appeared in the critically acclaimed features Where the Truth Lies by Atom Egoyan, Phil The Alien and Saint Ralph.

John Wing

John Wing has been a stand-up comic for a long time. He has performed on many television shows and had his own specials. Ditto radio and had his own show on CBC in Canada. He has performed in over 40 states, throughout Canada and internationally. He lectures, performs stand-up corporately, privately and publicly everywhere for almost every demographic. He also sings, plays guitar and writes poetry.

Jeremy Hotz

Jeremy Hotz is a Canadian actor and stand-up comedian. He has appeared on Comedy Central Presents, the Just For Laughs comedy festival, the Late Show with David Letterman, and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He has also worked as a staff writer for Paramount’s The Jon Stewart Show and has appeared in various American and Canadian motion pictures including: My Favorite Martian, Speed 2: Cruise Control, and Married Life.
