Al Franken is an Emmy-winning TV writer and producer, Grammy-winning comedian, radio host, and bestselling author of Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot and Other Observations; Why Not Me?; Oh, the Things I Know!, and I’m Good Enough, I’m Smart Enough, and Doggone It, People Like Me!

In 2003, he served as a Fellow with Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government at the Shorenstein Center on the Press, Politics, and Public Policy.

He lives with his family in New York City.
